| Live Event Overview
After you register for a live event, you will receive an email from us containing a link that you will use to connect to the live event. If this is your first live event with us, we recommend that you test your Internet browser beforehand as the meeting interface setup takes two to four minutes. You can check your browser by clicking here.
What to expect: About five minutes before the live event is scheduled to start, either click on the meeting's link in your email, or copy and paste the link into the address bar of your browser. (Watch demonstration) You will be directed to the live event overview page. Here you simply click the "Join Now" button. At this point you will be asked to provide your login information that was included in the welcome email. Enter your name, email address and meeting password, click the "OK" button. At this point the Meeting Manager software will log you in to the event. The amount of time this takes varies from one to three minutes, depending on the speed of your computer and Internet connection. When connected Meeting Manager will open a new browser window, where you can watch the event. View Flash Demonstration:
